Nicola Farray

Nicola Farray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and policy development within the health and community sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the Board of Inquiry - Historical Child Sexual Abuse, Nicola has previously held significant roles, including Executive Director Transformation & Evidence at the Victorian Department of Health and Director of Policy and Research for the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. With a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Cultural Arts from Monash University and a Bachelor of Social Work with Upper First Class Honours from The University of Western Australia, Nicola's expertise encompasses workforce strategy, diversity, and community capacity building. Additionally, Nicola has contributed as a Board Director for both YWCA Housing and YWCA Victoria.
