Juan Sargeant

Juan Sargeant has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since August 2019. Previous roles include Deputy CIO for Infrastructure and Operations at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, where oversight was provided for critical national applications and systems, and IT Project Manager at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, leading teams responsible for maintaining enterprise applications. Juan has also held leadership positions at SRA International, Unisys Corporation, and Electronic Data Systems, specializing in project management, systems engineering, and infrastructure design. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of La Verne.
