Veronica Quander B.S., MPA, PMI, ITIL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT resource management, currently serving as a Senior Expert for IT Resource Management at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since August 1992. In this role, Veronica oversees multi-million dollar project initiatives, focusing on planning, development, and implementation of central management policies that enhance customer service and quality assurance within the Office of Chief Information Office (OCIO).
