Andrea Davidson

Andrea Davidson is an experienced professional in youth justice and mental health, currently serving as Commissioner of Youth Justice and Executive Director of Youth Justice Operations at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since August 2018. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Parkville Youth Justice Precinct and Strategic Advisor. Previous experience encompasses positions as Senior Project Officer at the Department of Justice NSW, Forensic Consultant with the Legal Psychology Group, and Program Manager at North and West Remote Health. Andrea also held various leadership roles within Central and North West Queensland Medicare Local and gained foundational experience as a Youth Justice Court Coordinator, Youth Justice Case Manager, and Youth Counsellor with Queensland Government. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
