Amy Kwas

Amy Kwas is a seasoned professional in development and alumni engagement, currently serving as Vice President at DePauw University since December 2023. Previously, Kwas held the position of Vice President of Development at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis from May 2016 to November 2023, where a significant transformation of the museum's development program resulted in an 81 percent growth in contributed revenue. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from May 2004 to May 2016, focusing on sustainable fundraising and program delivery, and Development & Communications Director for the Alzheimer's Association, where gross revenue increased by 270%. Kwas also worked at AHM Graves Realty, restoring confidence in the communications department, and held roles at the Indiana Literacy Foundation and YMCA. Kwas earned a BA in Computer Science from DePauw University and an MPA in Non-profit Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
