Rachel Goldberg

Rachel Goldberg serves as the Co-Owner of Shorelight Consulting, a firm dedicated to conflict resolution and consensus-building since January 2021. Additionally, Rachel holds the position of Associate Professor and Director of Peace and Conflict Studies and the Restorative Justice Mediation program at DePauw University, where involvement spans from 2011 to the present. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Professor at Salisbury University, contributing to the development of undergraduate and Master’s level programs from 2003 to 2011, and graduate studies at Syracuse University and George Mason University, culminating in advanced degrees in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Earlier professional experience includes roles as an Administrative Coordinator with the National Association for Mediation in Education and a Mediator with Franklin Mediation Service. Rachel Goldberg's academic background is complemented by degrees in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and previous study at Oberlin College.
