Mike Frattaroli began their work experience as a Project Manager at Commercial Mechanical Services Ltd. in 2011, where they worked until 2014. Mike then joined Mindustrial International Inc. in 2002, working as a Senior Operations Manager, Estimator, and Project Manager until 2015. In 2015, Frattaroli joined Dependable Mechanical Systems Inc. as a Director of Operations, Special Projects, and was later promoted to Vice President of Operations, Special Projects in 2019. In their current role, they lead a team of 40 and is responsible for managing over 750 project managers, directors, operations managers, site personnel, and accounting professionals. Mike has successfully negotiated over $300M in annual contracts and has improved outstanding accounts receivable by preparing cost breakdown documents.
Mike Frattaroli has completed the Professional Engineering Program in Engineering at George Brown College. Mike has also obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the same institution. In addition, they hold a License as a Master Plumber from the Ontario Government and a Certificate of Achievement in Plumbing and Heating from Education.

Dependable Mechanical Systems Inc. (DMS) was incorporated in August 2002. The company started construction work in 2005 and has ever since grown exponentially in the province of Ontario, both in quality and the size of construction work it undertakes. DMS currently operates from a state of the art 25,000 sq. ft. facility at its head office in the City of Vaughan. The company also has an Ontario East Regional office in Belleville from where it services the Eastern region from Kingston to Ottawa. DMS has successfully completed several Design Build, LEED and energy retrofit projects in the ICI sector. Our staff is fully trained in WHMIS, fall arrest, First Aid and specific construction safety regulatory courses and is equipped with the latest industry specific tools to carry out their work in a very efficient and safe manner. Our sheet metal fabrication shop is fully equipped and facilitates custom fabrication for even the most complex sheet metal installation.
