Braden Hess

Braden Hess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and program management across several leading companies. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for the Customer Team at Deputy, Braden focuses on enhancing customer strategies and operations. Previously, at Affirm, Braden held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Programs and Chief of Staff & Strategy in Operations, driving key initiatives such as implementation of customer service surveys and management of the Affirm Card program. Earlier career highlights include managing Apple’s product launches across the Americas, serving as Chief of Staff at Lucid Software Inc., and various strategic and operational roles at Vivint Smart Home. Braden's education includes an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BBA from Brigham Young University.
