Yadon Moses

Yadon Moses is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success APAC at Deputy since March 2025, Yadon focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts. Prior roles include Head of Customer Success for APAC at Relativity, where Yadon managed customer relationships and software solutions for data organization and litigation, and significant positions at Nasdaq, where responsibilities spanned from customer success to account management. Earlier experiences include roles at Microsoft Gold Partner- New Horizons Learning Centres as a Learning Solutions Advisor and project management positions at Alexandria Projects and Waverley Council, showcasing a strong foundation in project execution and stakeholder engagement. Yadon holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Technology Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor's in Engineering Science from Yashwantrao Chavan University.
