Dana Khraisat

Dana Khraisat has extensive experience in customer support and success, currently serving as Customer Experience Team Lead at Deriv since October 2022, where prior roles included Senior Client Support and Client Support Specialist. Previously, Dana worked at Aramex from October 2019 to October 2022, holding positions as Customer Success Executive, Customer Service Executive in the Duty and Collection team for the UK entity, and Contact Center Executive as an outbound agent for the Dubai entity. Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Jordan and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The World Islamic Sciences & Education University since October 2021.
