Menzi Ngcobo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employer branding and digital communications. Currently serving as the Employer Branding Manager at Deriv since May 2022, Menzi oversees the employer brand image across 22 offices globally, focusing on establishing Deriv Group as a desirable employer. Previously, Menzi held the position of Specialist - Digital Communications at Kent, contributing to the merger of Kentech and Kentz and successfully launching digital campaigns. Menzi has also managed social media and content strategy across various organizations, including Multiply Marketing Consultancy, Wunderman Thompson, Flight Centre Travel Group, and Computicket. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and several certificates in content marketing and web development.
