Saurabh Suman

Saurabh Suman is an accomplished learning and development leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Learning & Development at Deriv since October 2022, Saurabh shapes and executes the learning strategy for a global team, focusing on leadership development, onboarding, and AI-driven learning. Prior to this, Saurabh was Training Manager APAC at dunnhumby, overseeing L&D for APAC and global tech teams, and previously held roles at Canon India, HP, Techvedic, and RR Infosolutions, where foundational skills in training and development were established. Saurabh holds an MBA in HR and Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and is pursuing the Advanced Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development.
