Shelly Lewis has extensive experience in the aviation and customer service industries, with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the Guest Experience Lead at Dermetics since September 2019, Shelly previously held the position of Assistant Manager at Urban Barn from 2019 to January 2023. Shelly's background in aviation includes roles such as Supervisor of Inflight Services at Air Canada Rouge and Flight Attendant at various airlines, including Air Georgian Limited, CanJet Vacations, Skyservice Airlines, and Canada 3000 Airlines Limited. Throughout these roles, Shelly demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service. Shelly holds a diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Sheridan College, earned between 1994 and 1996.
