Chris Weida has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Chris started in 1994 as an Assistant Production Coordinator at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts before moving on to work as a Project Manager at Production Resource Group in 1995. Chris then joined Derse Exhibits in 1997, serving as a Project Manager and later as an Estimating Supervisor. Chris worked at TJ Hale from 2002 to 2012, where they held positions such as Sr. Project Manager and Director of Project Management. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Project Manager at Novum Structures LLC. Chris returned to TJ Hale in 2010 as the Vice President of Client Management before ultimately joining Derse in 2012. At Derse, Chris held various roles, including Divisional Operations Director, Contract Compliance Manager, and Vice President of Divisional Support. Chris has a track record of successfully managing operations, leading teams, and achieving customer satisfaction.
Chris Weida has a strong educational background in the field of performing arts and production management. Chris obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Production Management from Yale University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Theater and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1988 and 1992.
In addition to their academic achievements, Chris Weida has also obtained a certification in Heartsaver CPR AED from the American Heart Association in July 2022. This certification highlights their commitment to maintaining the necessary skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergency situations.
