Nilufer Green has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Nilufer served as the Head of People Operations & Talent and Senior Associate at DES Architects + Engineers from 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of People Operations & Talent Acquisition at Collinear Networks from 2016 to 2019. Nilufer was responsible for global talent acquisition, organizational development, benefits design, compensation structuring, and employee relations. Before that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Heartwood from 2011 to 2016, where they provided a wide range of HR services and supported the CEO with company analysis and reports. From 2003 to 2010, Nilufer was the Principal Human Resources Consultant at Green's Human Resources Consulting, specializing in HR set up for small businesses. Nilufer also had a role as VP of child rearing during that time. From 1999 to 2003, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Centerpoint Broadband Technologies, Inc., where they led HR strategies during periods of rapid growth and downsizing. Nilufer began their career as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Lockheed Martin Western Development Labs from 1995 to 1999.

Nilufer Green obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico, from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development & Behavior from Golden Gate University from 1996 to 1998.
