Stan Laurent

Stan Laurent is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. As a Partner at Highland Europe since November 2017, Stan plays a pivotal role in advising and investing in tech start-ups. In addition, Stan serves on the boards of several organizations, including Descartes Underwriting, Farewill, JobTeaser, and Huel as a Non Executive Board Member. Stan previously held the position of Non Executive Director at Pets at Home until May 2023 and was an advisor to start-ups and venture funds with SL Consultant. From 2006 to 2016, Stan was President & CEO of PhotoBox Group, where significant revenue growth was achieved, culminating in the successful sale of the company. Stan’s earlier career includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at AOL Europe and Managing Director at AOL Germany, focusing on business transformation and turnaround strategies. Stan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from ESCP Business School.
