Muhammad Tayyab is currently a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Descon, having joined in July 2023 as part of a year-long Graduate Trainee Program following participation in the Future Leadership Internship Program. In this role, Muhammad serves as a structural and hydraulic design engineer within the Engineering & Design Department. Prior internship experience includes a two-month stint at Descon, where Muhammad spent one month at the Head Office and another at Descon Technical Institute, along with a brief internship at National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, contributing to the Trimmu and Panjnad Barrages Improvement Project. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, completed in June 2023.

Descon also owns two Independent Power Plants (IPPs), Altern Energy Limited, 32 MW gas based power plant and Rousch (Pakistan) Power Limited, a 450 MW combined cycle power plant. As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility, Descon takes immense pride in educating underprivileged youth, keen to acquire technical skills and improving their livelihood through the Descon Technical Institute. DTI also provides vocational trainings to young aspiring students.
