Rahul Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rahul started their career in 2014 as a Media Assistant/Genre Director at KBVR-FM, where they managed and organized musical content and scheduled interviews and performances with visiting artists. In 2014, they also worked as an Event Manager at the Memorial Union (MU) - Oregon State University, actively managing event spaces and providing excellent customer service.
In 2018, Rahul moved on to Aramark, where they worked as a Nike Catering employee, catering to the needs of Nike events. From 2019 to 2020, Rahul joined Caldera International, Inc. as a Key Account Rep/Marketing Coordinator. Rahul conducted digital marketing activities, handled lead generation, provided administrative assistance, and delivered customer service to clients.
Recently, from 2021 to 2023, Rahul worked at Pirate Ship as a Customer Support Specialist and later as a Customer Support Analyst. In these roles, they provided exceptional customer support services.
Currently, Rahul is employed at Descript as a Customer Support Representative, starting in April 2023.
Rahul Sharma completed their Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communications with a Media Management focus from Oregon State University between 2011 and 2015.
