Vicki Anand has worked in a variety of roles in the technology field since 2014. Vicki began as a Business Analyst Intern at Idea Device Technologies in 2014, followed by a Software Engineer Internship at Microsoft in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Course Tutor at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Research Engineer at Microsoft, and then as a part-time Research Engineer at Lyrebird AI. Most recently, they have been working as an Artificial Intelligence Researcher at Descript since 2020.
Vicki Anand completed their Master of Science in Machine Learning from Université de Montréal between 2018 and 2020. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur between 2012 and 2016. Vicki also completed their Senior Secondary from Bijendra Public School between 2010 and 2012, with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Her secondary school education was completed at Sainik School Purulia between 2005 and 2010.
