Brad Hess is an experienced sales and regional management professional with a career spanning over three decades in the HVAC and machinery sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for the Midwest Territory at Desert Aire, Corp. since January 2016, Brad previously held positions as Regional Sales Manager at Bry-Air Inc. and DriSteem, as well as Outside Sales Representative at R E Carlson. Earlier experience includes serving as Midwest Regional Sales Manager at Carel USA L.L.C. and sales roles at Hegman Machine Tool Inc, where collaboration with manufacturing engineers to address processing gaps was key. Brad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an Associate’s Degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Dunwoody College of Technology.
