Claire Wells

Claire Wells serves as the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety at Desert Research Institute since April 2023, previously holding multiple roles, including Senior Regional Health and Safety Advisor at the UK Ministry of Defence from November 2020 to April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as EHS Manager at Eaton from September 2014 to July 2020, and as a Health and Safety Consultant at Inspire International Ltd in early 2014. Additional roles include Health and Safety Trainer and Consultant at First Response Training and Consultancy Services Limited from January 2012 to December 2013. Claire holds a NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health obtained from Phoenix Health and Safety (2014-2016), a NEBOSH General Certificate from Key Consultancy (2008), and a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Coventry University (2004-2007).
