Lisa Gallagher

Lisa Gallagher currently serves as the Head of Casualty Initiatives at Moody's Insurance Solutions since March 2025. Concurrently, Lisa holds the position of Trustee, Executive Committee Member, and Treasurer of the DRI Foundation, supporting research and educational outreach for the Desert Research Institute. Previously, Lisa co-founded Praedicat, Inc., serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial & Legal Officer, overseeing the company's acquisition by Moody's in September 2024. Additional experience includes roles as Treasurer for Advocates for Language Learning El Marino, Senior Director at RMS, and Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges. Lisa holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and an AB in Economics from Princeton University.
