Or Eligula began their career in 2014 as a First Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence. In 2016, they held a Law Intern role at Eligula Law Firm and also Co-Founded and handled Operations for Carats.io. In 2018, they founded and became the COO of Dindex and in 2019, they founded and became the Head of Operations & Compliance for Deshe Analytics.

Or Eligula completed a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Ono Academic College in 2016, where they studied Law. Or then went on to get a Master of Laws - LLM from Bar-Ilan University in 2017, where they studied International Business, Trade, and Tax Law.
