Tim Friar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and business development. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Director of Business Development at Design Central since June 2013, Tim applies a comprehensive innovation strategy to deliver targeted solutions to clients. Tim also owns Grid Furnishings, a modern furniture store focused on providing unique, affordable designs to Central Ohio residents. Prior to these roles, Tim held significant positions at Artromick as Vice President of Product Development and at Design Central as Vice President. Tim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design from the Columbus College of Art & Design, completed in 1988.
