With 20 years of local and international experience, Andrew has worked at prestigious establishments, including the Michelin-rated Gravetye Manor in Southern England and the Millbrook Resort in Queenstown. Additional experience includes serving as Chef Manager at Design Cuisine Ltd and owning Turnball Cafe from November 1997 to May 1999, as well as holding the position of Head Chef at Millbrook Resort from August 1994 to December 1995.
