Currently serving as Head of Ops and Co-founder at Design Humans™, Carly focuses on building adaptable teams for organizational growth. Previously, as Design Operations Manager at Walmart, Carly implemented structures to optimize the design team's capabilities. At West Elm, Carly operated in a senior management role, directly collaborating with product design leadership on strategic goals and daily operations. Additional expertise includes graphic design roles at the New York City Department of Transportation and as a design consultant. Carly's educational background includes degrees from Pratt Institute and Wellesley College, emphasizing design management and architecture.
