Joachim Gripp has extensive work experience in various executive roles. Joachim most recently served as the CEO of Design Offices from June 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as the COO of Design Offices from January 2019 to May 2020.
From 2014 to 2018, Joachim was the CEO of Maredo Restaurants Holding. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of Vapiano SE from April 2012 to March 2014.
Joachim also held the position of General Manager Germany and The Netherlands at Yum! Restaurants International from October 2008 to March 2012.
Earlier in their career, Joachim worked at Tchibo in various roles, including Head of Corporate Planning, General Manager for The Netherlands, and Head of Planning & Support Functions, Landed Retail, from 2004 to 2008.
Joachim started their career at McKinsey & Company in 1997, where they worked as an Associate Principal until April 2004.
Joachim Gripp obtained their Doctorate in Economics from the University of Goettingen. Joachim pursued this degree from 1989 to 1997, specializing in the field of Economics.
