Andrew Graunke

Andrew Graunke is the CEO and founder of No Capital, LLC, established in March 2015 with a mission to achieve 500-1000x ROI within any budget. Additionally, Andrew serves as a mentor at Designlab, where students learn UX design skills through hands-on projects and mentorship. As chair of No Politic, PAC, founded in March 2020, the organization aims to shape history with financial efficiency. Andrew also holds roles as an early investor and Product Design Director at Design Pickle and has previous experience as Crew at McDonald's for a brief sabbatical. Andrew was the Head of Enterprise Design at Toptal from October 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading enterprise design practices and interfacing with design clients. Early career highlights include co-founding Maybe, consulting as a UX designer for HomeSlice, and overseeing product imaging at Sports Warehouse, Inc. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
