Ariel Meltser is an Associate Product Designer at Design Within Reach since October 2024, following experience as an Industrial Designer I at Smart Design and an Industrial Design Intern. At Thought at Work, Ariel served as Senior Advisor and President, facilitating events for over 300 students and adapting to virtual platforms for speaker series. As Lead Chassis Designer for the RIT Hot Wheelz Formula Hybrid team, Ariel oversaw the production of components for a solar racing car. Additional roles included internships in industrial design and design research, where Ariel contributed to product innovations and sustainability. Ariel holds a degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Sustainable Product Development from Rochester Institute of Technology.
