Birgitte Woehlk has a diverse work experience. Birgitte began their career at Design Bridge in 1991 as a Client Services Director and later became the Group Brand Guardian in 2015. In 2019, they became the Director of Culture & Talent, a role they held until June 2022. From May 2022 to January 2023, they served as the Group People & Culture Director. Currently, they are the Chief People & Culture Officer at Design Bridge and Partners.
Birgitte Woehlk pursued their education in management studies at Southbank University from 1989 to 1991, obtaining a degree in DMS. Prior to that, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained a degree in Korrespondent, focusing on English and French.
