Ross's creative journey spans various positions, including roles at Kingbrown Magazine, CLUG, The Moderns, Creative Feed, JWT Bangkok, and brainCELLS, combined with an educational foundation in Photography and Design from Curtin University, where Ross earned two bachelor’s degrees.
