Jessica J. is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology services management. Currently serving as the IT Service Desk and Operations Manager at Designs for Health since July 2025, Jessica previously held the position of Director Technology Services Operations at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries from February 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included managing disaster recovery plans and launching an enterprise-level help desk system.
