Aina Serra

Aina Serra is a seasoned professional in construction project management with extensive experience across various sectors including retail, leisure, and e-commerce. Currently serving as Senior Construction Project Manager at DESIGUAL since July 2019, Aina previously held the position of Store Planning at Alexander McQueen. Aina's freelance work as a Construction Project Manager involved managing design and project execution for restaurants and leisure spaces, as well as overseeing e-commerce initiatives. Aina's earlier role as Europe Project Manager Coordinator at DESIGUAL focused on the supervision of omnichannel construction interventions across multiple European markets, including leadership responsibilities for the Project Managers team. Aina has also worked with CaixaBank as a freelance designer and held the role of Project Construction Manager at Plataforma DLF, where expertise in site management and cost control was developed. Aina began a career in design at ESTUDIMETRO, working on projects for the Escada Group.
