Peter Bach has over 25 years of work experience in various sales and management roles in the IT industry. Peter is currently serving as the Sales & Marketing Director for Despec Nordic, overseeing sales operations in multiple Nordic countries. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Manager for Despec Denmark, where they were responsible for executing and developing the sales business.
Before joining Despec, Peter worked at Dustin Group as a Department Manager, where they played a key role in starting and developing the sales department in Zealand. Peter successfully managed to achieve organic growth during a challenging period marked by an economic downturn.
Peter also gained valuable experience at Computerstore A/S, where they served as a Team Manager and Account Manager, responsible for team management, budgeting, and sales improvement. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant for Persano Group, producing various consumer products, including those for Matas.
Prior to their roles in the IT industry, Peter had entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of BacHan Engros I/S. Peter also worked as a Sales Manager at JMV and held sales roles at Xerox Partner Kbh. and Merlin.

Peter Bach completed their education in the field of commerce. From 1992 to 1994, they attended Hillerød Handelsskole, where they obtained their HG/HH degree. Following that, they enrolled at Merlin A/S from 1994 to 1996 and earned the degree of Elev - Salgsassistent, specializing in the field of trade.
