Dr. Martin Suilmann

Dr. Martin Suilmann possesses extensive expertise in human resources and legal matters, currently serving as the Head of HRS/HR Legal at Detecon International since March 2018, specializing in new work strategies and company rebuilding. With a legal career beginning in January 1997 as a Rechtsanwalt, Dr. Suilmann focuses on labor law and obligation law. Previous roles include HR Business Operations at METRO AG and General Manager at Galeria Kaufhof GmbH, where valuable experience in collective negotiations was gained. Additionally, managerial positions at GS1 Germany and Kaufhof Warenhaus AG contributed to a strong foundation in training and organizational leadership. Dr. Suilmann holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law from the University of Münster.
