Koli Ndoni

Koli Ndoni has over 19 years of work experience in various accounting and finance roles. In 2021, they began working for Detect as a Supply Chain Controller. Prior to this, they worked for 4Catalyzer as a Cost Accounting Manager from 2017 to 2021. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Manager of Global Inventory & Cost Accounting for Addivant. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Controller of Operations for Roche Sequencing (454 Life Sciences / Roche NimbleGen), where they led all aspects of Operations Finance and provided continuous financial guidance and counsel to local management & finance staff. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Sr. Cost Accountant for 454 Life Sciences, a Roche Company. From 2003 to 2008, they were a Plant Accountant for Bayer Films, where they assisted the Controller in the budgeting/planning process and completed all general accounting and Payroll activities. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Staff Accountant/Temp. for United Technologies, SBS. Finally, from 2001 to 2002, they were a Staff Accountant for Blake Equipment Company, where they assisted the Controller with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.

Koli Ndoni obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Tirana between 1985 and 1989. Koli later obtained a Master's degree in Accounting & Taxation from the University of Hartford between 2007 and 2010. In 2014, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY, INC.
