Megan Churches

Megan Churches currently serves as an HR Business Partner and Associate Counsel, as well as the Executive Director of the Detroit Pistons Foundation, since October 2018. Responsibilities include leading employee engagement initiatives, enhancing corporate culture, and driving diversity and inclusion strategies. Prior experience includes roles at RouteOne, where Megan worked as a Legal Research Analyst and Legal Intern, focusing on contract negotiation, compliance, and legal research. Megan holds a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University.
