Tim Coleman is an experienced maintenance and engineering professional with a robust background in various management roles across the hospitality and transportation industries. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager for the Detroit Pistons since August 2021, Coleman previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Shinola Hotel and Chief Building Engineer at Aparium Hotel Group. Early career experience includes roles at C.H. Robinson and Penske Truck Leasing, where customer service and operational management skills were honed. Coleman's technical expertise is supported by multiple educational credentials, including HVAC certifications and an Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Macomb Community College, as well as a Hospitality & Tourism Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University.
