Niels Meldau has an extensive work history, starting in 2000 as an Export Clark at TCI International Logistics GmbH. Niels then worked as a Department Manager RoRo West Africa at the same company from 2005 to 2007. Meldau joined deugro in 2007 and held various roles such as Project Delegate, Project Manager, Regional Project Manager, and Branch Manager until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Meldau was the President of dteq Transport Engineering Solutions GmbH. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Global Operational Excellence at deugro starting in September 2022 and will transition to the position of Corporate Vice President Operational Excellence and Technology in July 2023.
Niels Meldau attended DAV, Deutsche Außenhandels- und Verkehrs-Akademie from 2003 to 2005. Niels obtained a degree in Business Economist with a focus on Transports & Logistics during this time.
