Dr. Lotte Frach is an experienced professional specializing in legal technology and public service strategy. Currently serving as Principal Expert Legal Tech and Senior Digital Counsel at Deutsche Bahn since May 2022, Dr. Frach is also a Co-Founder of the German Legal Tech Hub and previously held the position of COO at LEGALTECH Capital, where the focus was on developing AI-driven legal tech infrastructure. Prior roles include Senior Principal at Accenture, leading public service research, Division Manager for Capital Market Regulation at the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks, and Policy Advisor for Financial Policy at Deutscher Bundestag. Dr. Frach holds a PhD in Political Science and Government, as well as two Master’s degrees from the University of Trier and London Metropolitan University.
