- From 2010 to 2012, they attended IILM and earned a PGDM degree in Management (CAT-Allied), where they also received a Silver Medal.
- Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they studied at Panjab University and obtained a B.Com degree in Commerce.
In addition to their formal education, Varun has also obtained several certifications, including Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits from LinkedIn, Building a Culture of Freedom and Responsibility and OKR Goal Setting 101 from Udemy, and DiSC Trainer Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, among others.
