Peter Matefi has a strong background in IT and management roles. Peter began their career in 2004 as an IT System Administrator at General-Com Ltd. Peter then moved on to IT Services Hungary Kft., where they held various positions including Team Leader and Head of Service Delivery Unit. In 2017, they joined T-Systems International GmbH as the Head of Global Business Operation for the Automotive & Global Accounts department. In 2011, they transitioned to T-Systems as the Head of Global Business Operations for the Automotive & Finance division. Peter also served as the Production Responsible for BMW Group during this time. In 2019, they joined Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU as the Head of Customer Unit Automotive & Manufacturing Hungary, and later took on the role of Global Head of Quality and Shoring CU Automotive & Manufacturing. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Growth Portfolio at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU, leading their Digital, Commercial, and Delivery Excellence areas.
Peter Matefi has a Graduate Engineer for Information Technology (Dipl. Ing. FH) degree from Dennis Gabor College (GDC) in Budapest, Hungary, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Peter also completed a Marketing and Advertising Manager vocational examination at Lajos Kossuth Economical Secondary School in Budapest from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed high school with a focus on Economics at the same institution from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in 2021, an ITIL V4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, and others.
