Navid Dadmehr

Navid Dadmehr is an experienced consultant manager currently at Developers Bay since September 2022. Previously, Navid held the position of Konsultchef at Manpower from January 2018 to August 2022 and at Lernia for a brief period in 2017. Navid also worked as an HR Coordinator at Skanska from March 2016 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing the internal recruitment processes and supporting departmental managers with HR-related issues. Additionally, Navid was responsible for employer branding and recruitment processes for engineering candidates at Skanska. Early career experience includes a role as Budansvarig at Hallpressen in 2015, overseeing recruitment and personnel training, and as a Montör at Johnson Controls from 2010 to 2013. Navid holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Jönköping University and has additional education in labor law.
