Olga Rusu

Olga Rusu is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at DevelopEx since November 2012. In this role, Olga Rusu oversees the operations of the human resources department, plans human resource requirements, coordinates training and recruitment activities, and develops labor relations policies. Previous experience includes a role in customer service at Princess Cruises from March 2011 to November 2012 and serving as an au-pair at AuPairCare from June 2008 to June 2009. Olga Rusu holds a Master's Degree in International Culture Cooperation from Kiev National University of Culture and Arts, which was obtained from 2003 to 2012.
