Prior to this, Cynthia served as the Export Market Development and Innovation Division Manager at The National Agricultural Export Development Board and as a Regional Manager at RwandAir Ltd. Cynthia also held the position of Sales and Administration Manager in Rwanda where Cynthia oversaw sales staff and provided supervision. With a Bachelor's degree in Business computing with a specialism in Electronic Marketing from Staffordshire University, Cynthia has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles within various organizations.
