Juliet Ingabire is an accomplished professional in the banking sector, currently serving as the Acting Chief Risk Officer at the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC since January 2021. Prior to this role, Juliet held the positions of Risk Manager and Investment Officer at BRD from August 2011 to August 2020, demonstrating a strong background in risk management and investment strategies. Juliet holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Project Management from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (September 2009 - September 2010) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University (2007).
