Martin Ndagijimana is an experienced audit professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC since March 2020. Prior to this role, Ndagijimana held positions as Internal Audit Manager at Equity Bank Rwanda Ltd and Internal Auditor at I&M Bank Ltd, demonstrating a solid progression in the field. Ndagijimana began a career in auditing with Ernst & Young as an Auditor from November 2010 to December 2013. Educational qualifications include a Certified Professional Banker degree from the Uganda Institute of Banking and Financial Services, an MBA in Finance from Amity University, and an ACCA certificate in Accounting and Business/Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rwanda.
