Oscar Adem

Oscar Adem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and partnerships management, currently serving as the Development and Partnerships Manager at Development Initiatives since October 2021. Prior to this role, Oscar worked at Ramani Geosystems from January 2012 to September 2021, where responsibilities included monitoring and assessing business opportunities in East Africa as a Bid Manager and pursuing geospatial business opportunities as a Business Development Officer. Earlier experience includes a Management Trainee/Marketing Assistant position at GIBB Africa Ltd, where Oscar contributed to strategy development and conducted opportunity analysis in engineering project management. Oscar's foundational experience includes volunteering at St Christine Community Centre and interning with ICA - Kenya, where engagement in health and community development projects took place. Oscar holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the United States International University - Africa, a Diploma in Information Technology from Infotech Training College, and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Nairobi.
