Focused on high-growth, impact-driven, and innovation-led companies, the team oversees the deployment and management of DPI's funds, including ADP I, II, and III. They ensure investments align with DPI’s high ESG and Impact standards, contribute to gender equity initiatives, and foster sustainable growth in portfolio companies, which collectively employ over 60,000 staff across the continent.
