Developmental Pathways
Josh Pereira has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Developmental Pathways since January 2017, with previous roles including Associate Director, Information Technology Architect, and Systems Administrator II within the same organization. Prior to this, Josh held the position of Systems Administrator II as a contractor at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Experience also includes serving as a Systems Administrator at Hall & Evans, LLC, and as a Systems Engineer at DataMotion, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed support and maintenance for various SaaS systems. Earlier roles include Network Engineer at eMazzanti Technologies and Windows Server Administrator at 21 Computech, Inc. Josh Pereira holds an Associate of Arts degree from Ocean County College, focusing on Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Developmental Pathways is a Colorado non-profit agency created to serve persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays (I/DD), and their families. We were originally established in 1964 as a community-based alternative to institutional care and over the years have developed a broad array of services based on the principle that full inclusion and participation in community life is attainable for every individual with an intellectual or developmental disability. As an organization, we are committed to enriching the lives of people with I/DD by partnering to provide expertise, support and advocacy in their pursuit of a meaningful life. As a Community Centered Board, Developmental Pathways provides support to those we serve and their loved ones through intake, eligibility enrollment, and case management services and supports. We are devoted to ensuring that all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays receive support by engaging our community in the innovation and implementation of person and family centered practices.
